30 reps of:
- Lateral Lunges (15/15)
- Single Leg Deadlift (15/15)
- Weighted T-Rotations (15/15)
- Flutter Kicks (15/15)
- Deep In and Outs
- Band Snap Downs
- Tire Flips (because you all asked for it!)
Complete 2 Rounds. And remember to stop by on First Friday between 6pm and 9pm to check Photography by Rich Walker and the participate in the Pull Up and Push Up challenge, and the extra special Plank Challenge.
