Mt Airy Workouts

We apologize, there is no yoga class scheduled for this morning. Please join us tomorrow evening at 8:00pm for a nice relaxing end to your day.

Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest for 5 rounds of:

-Ring Rows
-Goblet Squats
-Push Ups
-Slam Ball
-Speed Rows

Then complete:

4 x 5/5 Single Arm Swings
4 x 5 RDL
4 x 5 Kettlebell High Pulls
4 x 5/5 Push Press
