Mt Airy Workouts
This is the best workout week of the entire year. If you’ve ever been to Urban Athlete on Thanksgiving Day morning you know exactly what I’m talking about! This Thanksgiving is no exception, we will hod our 7th annual Thanksgiving day workout starting at 8:00am. This workout is open to all members, friends and family are welcome to drop in. Tasty (but healthy) treats to follow!
Monday’s workout
Every 2 minutes complete the following:
-10 Ball Jacks
-12 Speed Rows
-5-8 Push Ups
-5 RDLs
-10 Swings
Complete a total of 10 rounds.
