Mt Airy Workout Mondays

This weekend’s events at Urban Athlete had a great turnout. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar had 18 attendees: gis, sweat, and training. Great information provided by Tim Hart.
Although a group photo would have been ideal for the trail run (a great turnout by the way) we opted to capture the two butterflies at the end of the 4 mile run.
Reminder that this Wednesday at 12pm (Noon) we’re trying out a 30 minute workout. A quick yet effective workout.
Monday’s Workout.
Peter’s Warm Up Workout (after the warm up)
2 Rounds of…
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
2 Sprints (the straight away of the garage distance)
then…
3 Rounds of…
10/10 Snatches
20 Kettlebell Swings
10/10 Walking Lunges
***Also, as a reminder, we’re making a few adjustments to the class schedule. New schedules are at the gym. The 6pm time slot will change to the following starting in August.
Monday and Wednesday 6pm will be Foundations (similar to the Elements Class, but 45 minutes long, all members are encouraged to attend. This is a combination of skill workout and a workout.)
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm will be Kettlebell Class (similar to the Advanced Kettlebell Class, attendance to the Foundations Class or previous Kettlebell training experience will be required. This is also now a 45 minute class.)
