Mt Airy Final-ly Friday

Final-ly Friday is this Friday, and that means that most Mt Airy businesses will be open in the evening if they are typically closed, and specials or discounts will be made available to consumers. Join us as well for additional workouts at 5:30pm and 6:30pm, bring your friends and family for free. Weather pending we will even have some snacks for post workout activities.

Thursday’s Workout:

20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of:
-Kettlebell Sling Shots
-Halos
-Overhead Holds Left
-Overhead Holds Right

Then, 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest for 4 rounds of:
-TRX Mountain Climbers
-Lateral Step Ups
-Vertical Press
-Single Leg Reach Left
-Single Leg Reach Right
