Mondays!!
Start the week off with a bang by working out. Make a commitment to yourself this week to attend a certain number of workouts at certain times and stick to it. One of the hardest things during the holidays is finding the time to do things, including working out. Don’t push one of the few things that is good for you during one of the most stressful and hectic times of the year.
