Monday’s Workout

Thanks again to everyone that came out to our Open House this weekend. We had a blast!

Here’s your Monday workout.

Every  2 minutes for 20 minutes complete a new round of:

10 Jumping Lunges

10 Kettlebell Swings

10 Push-ups

20 jumping Jacks
