1a – Kettlebell High Pulls
1b – Double Push Press
1c – Kettlebell Figure 8s
1d – Weighted Wall Sits

Then…

2a – Dips 4 x 3
2b – Weighted Lateral Lunge 4 x 5/5
2c – Bent Over Rows 4 x 5/5
2d – Goblet Reverse Lunges 4 x 5/5
2e – Pull Ups 4 x 3-5 (add weight if 5 reps is easy)
