Agility Ladder Drills

Complete each movement for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of:
-Foam Roll
-Band Pull Aparts
-Up Dog / Down Dog
-PVC OH Squats
-Single Leg Reach
