Monday Workouts in Mt Airy
There’s only a week and a half left until the 24 Day Melt down is over. Keep at the strong workouts and good nutrition, the challenge is almost over.
Monday’s Workout:
Complete 60 seconds of each exercise, rest 60 seconds between rounds, complete 5 rounds.
- Kettlebell Swings, multiple variations
- Upper Body Step Ups
- Band Wood Choppers
- Burpees
- Suitcase Deadlifts
