Monday workouts in Mt Airy
The mobility workshop yesterday was a ton of fun! Everyone found some great ways to improve upon their movement to make their workouts more effective. It just takes 10 minutes a day to help improve mobility!
Monday’s Workout
20 reps each:
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Box Jumps
-Jumping Pull Ups
-In and Outs
-Single Arm Push Press
-Ball Jacks
3 Rounds
