Monday Workouts in Mt Airy

A week of moderate recovery. As we’ve discussed before taking a less intense week every so often on your workouts is great for your recovery. Additionally, we want to me make sure that you are also getting enough sleep. Aim for a solid 7-8 hours of sleep each night, test yourself this week and see if you can get it in. It might mean that you need to go to bed a little earlier, but you’ll feel better by the end of the week!

Monday’s workout:

Complete each exercise for a total of 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises and complete a total of 4 rounds of the following:

a) Weightless Turkish Get Ups
b) Walkout Planks w Spider Lunge
c) PVC Overhead Squats
d) Hip Bridges
e) Bar Hangs
f) Sit Throughs

If anyone is interested in learning brazlian jiu-jitsu. There is a small class that meets mid-day that has several openings. If you are interested please let Pamela know, there would be an extra fee for this class.
