Monday Workouts

No running today, but take a look at the upcoming race events that have Urban Athlete teams.  There are some 5ks, some bike events, etc.

I will be adding events as the months go on, please feel free to register for any of the races listed here. The list will be updated regularly.  I will be placing the running shirt order in the next two weeks, so be sure to let me know how many shirts you want and in what sizes.

Weather permitting we will start some short runs, twice a week, currently at 10am on Wednesdays and Fridays.

My apologies for the delay in the core corner, we had no power to film the video on Friday afternoon, I will post the new core corner by Monday night.

Monday’s Workout:

1a) Snatches 6 x 3/3

1b) Push Ups 6 x 9

2a) Double Unders 4 x 15 (Speed Rope 4 x 30)

2b) Threaded Lunges 4 x 5/5
