Monday Mornings

Choose a weight that you can use for each of the four exercises.

Complete a total of 6 rounds of:

  • Double RDLs 8
  • Vertical Press 8/8
  • Weighted Reverse Lunges 8/8
  • Renegade Rows 8/8

Finish with 3 sets of 12 Hanging Knee Raises.
