Monday Mornings
Choose a weight that you can use for each of the four exercises.
Complete a total of 6 rounds of:
- Double RDLs 8
- Vertical Press 8/8
- Weighted Reverse Lunges 8/8
- Renegade Rows 8/8
Finish with 3 sets of 12 Hanging Knee Raises.
