Monday Morning Workouts

  • 1a) Double Front Squat 5 x 5
  • 1b) Scapular Pull Ups 5 x 10
  • 2a) KB High Pulls 3 x 15
  • 2b) Double Push Press 3 x 15
  • 2c) Walking Lunges 3 x 15/15

Just a last reminder for today, if you’re in the area and are able to donate blood.

Greene Street Friends School has a great MLK Day of Service organized for Monday.  There will be a American Red Cross blood drive.  I donated last year and it was very well run and efficient.  Please consider a blood donation if you have some time in the morning.   You can schedule an appointment time by going to the link below.  You will need to enter your email and birth date before you can schedule an appointment.  The sponsor code 9852 should appear in the box below your birthday.
