Monday Morning Workouts
After the end of last week’s workouts and then the Hooverball madness on Sunday, this workout is more laid back. Let’s focus on movement.
Check back for some video footage from the Hooverball games from Sunday, what a blast! Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the JDRF Charity event and to those who will be making it to the workout and walk next weekend.
Monday’s Workout:
- Hurdle Jumps or Box Jumps
- Agility Ladder Drills
- Double Dumbbell RDLs
- Tight Band Rotations
- Lateral Lunges
Complete a total of 6 rounds, at 50 seconds on : 10 seconds off, with no additional rest between rounds.
