The Warrior Challenge was challenging to say the least, but we all had a blast participating and it was awesome to have some spectators there in UA support as well! Next year we should at least triple the number of Urban Athlete participants.

8-10 Squat Thrusts
8-10 Push Ups
10 Jumping Lunges
