Monday, Monday…
The Warrior Challenge was challenging to say the least, but we all had a blast participating and it was awesome to have some spectators there in UA support as well! Next year we should at least triple the number of Urban Athlete participants.
And the participants! Way to go ladies, you did awesome. Susannah you kicked some major butt by taking first place in the women’s division.

For Monday:
Agility Ladder Drills
Then:
Complete the following exercises
every two minutes for 20 minutes
10-14 Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings
8-10 Squat Thrusts
8-10 Push Ups
10 Jumping Lunges
