Monday, Monday…
Reminder: Please be extremely cautious of the construction this week. You will not be able to park in the parking lot at any time from Monday – Wednesday. For Monday morning, after 7am, please use the garage entrance until the concrete demolition has stopped.
When you enter you will need to remove your shoes to be able to walk across the mats. Please bear with us during this phase, as it is temporary.

2a) 5 x 60 seconds of Two Arm High Pulls
2b) 5 x 60 seconds of Four Corner Drills
2c) 5 x 60 seconds of Squats
2d) 5 x 60 seconds of Plank Variations

Fantasy Football…If you’re interested…
We’ll hold a fantasy football league this year, or more depending on the interest. Ideally there will be 10 people per league. Please comment here, or sign up at the gym if you’re interested. The draft will be online, in the evening, sometime before September 8th. Please sign up no later than Wednesday, August 31st.
$50 per team
1st place – $210
2nd place – $110
3rd place – $50
Each week, the team with the most points gets $10. This keeps people playing up until the end even once they are eliminated from the playoffs. The most one could win is $340.
