Monday Mayhem

Reminder that there are no changes to the schedule this week. We will be closed on the 24th and 25th.

Monday Workout

50 reps each of:
Box Jumps
Swings
Jumping Pull Ups
Pledge Push Ups
Squat Thrusts
Hip Bridges
Band Rows
Stability Ball Exchanges
(500) Jump Rope Revolutions

Break up your sets as necessary, keep your form just as solid on your 50th rep as your 1st.
