Monday Mayhem

Thank you again to everyone who supported the JDRF fundraiser, Burpees and Burgers. We are currently hovering around $4000 raised for the charity, we still have a few donations and pledges rolling in, so stay tuned for the update on your efforts for making this event so successful.

The kids had a good time on Friday night as well. Some did burpees, they helped spritz cool water onto the adults doing burpees AND they got to see a fire truck from Ladder 9. Thanks to the guys who came out to make the event that much more exciting for the kids!

Monday’s Workout:

Every two minutes complete
20 kettlebell swings, finish the
two minutes with a plank,
complete a total of 5 rounds.
