Push Ups (10 Ladies – 15 Men)
Also here’s some advance notice…Halloween day is on a Saturday this year, so we’re going to have a special event in honor of the ghouls & goblins. Since everyone has been so excited and interested in the weekend trail runs we’ll be doing a Costume Trail Run on Halloween Day (not to worry if you have kids you’ll be home in plenty of time to take the trick or treating). I’ll get all the details to you soon, but start thinking about your costumes!
