Mobility and Restoration

Typically we have yoga on Thursday morning, however today we will be having a specialty session on mobility and restoration. Typically we have one week of recovery every few weeks and you are used to that type of recovery work, however this is something completely different, and great for you. Stop in for 6:00am and do a little mobility work and find ways to make your everyday movement even a little better.

Complete 4 rounds of:

-5/5 Snatch/Front Squat Combo
-5 Box Jumps
-5 Pull Ups
-Double Garage Run or Block Run
