Mixed Intervals and Tabata Intervals
Trying a little something different today at Urban Athlete, a mixed interval workout. After Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats.
The first workout interval is 50/10, the second workout interval is 30/30. The intervals are performed back to back.
5 Rounds of:
1a) Kettlebell Swings (50/10 interval)
1b) Double Overhead Press (30/30 interval)
5 Rounds of:
2a) Battling Ropes (50/10 interval)
2b) Elevated Ring Rows (30/30 interval)
