Merry Christmas!

I hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday season and is able to spend it how they wish and with whom they wish. Please be safe, and we’ll start things back up on Monday morning, December 26th.

If you’re feeling up to a workout at home try on this bodyweight wonder. Work in as many rounds as the time you have available.

Part One:
20 Squats
10/10 Lunges
20 Deep In and Outs
10/10 Jumping Lunges

Part Two:
15/15 Flutter Kicks
15 Sit Ups
15 Push Ups
