Beach season is fast approaching us. Are you getting ready by tightening up your nutrition? Keeping your workouts consistent and at a high level of intensity? Are you getting enough sleep? These are all key factors to a healthy lifestyle.

Monday’s workout:

6 rounds of:
10 seconds Mountain Climbers
20 seconds V Sit Holds

Then…
2a) Tuck Jumps 3, 5, 7, 9, 11
2b) Goblet Squat 11, 9, 7, 5, 3
2c) Sled Squat Row Combo 5 x 8

3a) Press 8, 6, 4, 2, 2
3b) Push Ups 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
3c) Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings 5 x 20
