Leg and Lung Crank

    The monk was actually wearing an orange carhart vest, had a cell phone and TV remote in his hand and was channel surfing on the tv that is out of camera view!! I get back late on the 27th. I miss my bare feet too:)!!

    I will be looking for you after June 27. Maybe we can do some threaded lunges in our bare feet? That would be a nice welcome back, don’t you think?
