Kick Start the week with a Workout!

This week we’ll be announcing some additional class times, a new specialty class, and perhaps a few other fun things will happen this week! Check back often to see what’s going on.

Complete 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for a total of 6 rounds of:

-Pledge Push Ups
-Jumping Lunges
-Ring Holds
-Kettlebell Swings
-Scapular Pull Ups
-Tri Pod Planks
