Kick Start the week with a Workout!

Complete 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for a total of 6 rounds of:
-Pledge Push Ups
-Jumping Lunges
-Ring Holds
-Kettlebell Swings
-Scapular Pull Ups
-Tri Pod Planks
