Kettlebell Workouts in Mt Airy

Traveling with a kettlebell and a gym boss timer, makes vacation workouts fly by! Yesterday we did a set of tabata intervals.
Tuesday Workout at Urban Athlete
Partner Workout:
One partner will do exercise A for
the prescribed reps, the other
partner will do exercise B until the
first partner is done with their reps.
Each exercise will be completed
two times by each partner.
1a) Garage Run
1b) Slam Ball
2a) Double Clean and Front Squat 8
2b) Plank
3a) Step Ups 20/20
3b) Jump Rope
4a) Walk Out Push Up 10
4b) Power Ropes
