-Jump Rope
-Row
-Step Ups
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 6 rounds of:
-Partner Tight Band Rotations
-MB Leg Raises
-Side Plank
-Single Side Racked Walk
