It’s Night Market!

Starting at 2pm you will not be able to drive between the 6800 and 7200 blocks of Germantown. That’s basically the entire block we are on all the way down passed ACME. We will be open for all of our regular scheduled evening classes.

Choose your passion!

2 minutes on 30 sec off for 5 rounds of:
-Jump Rope
-Row
-Step Ups

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 6 rounds of:
-Partner Tight Band Rotations
-MB Leg Raises
-Side Plank
-Single Side Racked Walk
