It’s Wednesday, it’s hump day, it’s tabata day. Complete each of the exercises below for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds and complete a total of 8 rounds. Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next, rest 1 minute between exercises.

Split Squat
Push Ups
Ropes
Paloff Holds
