Hump Day Workouts…One Week Until Weight Loss Challenge
It’s the middle of the week SO it’s the middle of your workout week…
Double Tabata Round:
-Push Ups
-Side Planks
20 reps of each for 4 rounds:
-Kettlebell Swings
-Jumping Lunges
-Deep In and Outs
-Lateral Lunges
-Front Squat (10/10)
