Hump Day Workouts…One Week to Skinny Tacos!

We are exactly one week until our skinny taco cooking class at Avenida. If you’ve never been to a cooking class at Avenida you don’t know what you’re missing. First, this isn’t a little taste here and there type of class, this is watch and participate in cooking a full blown meal, eat a full blown meal and sip on a complimentary beverage while you take in the knowledge and savor the flavor!

2a) Racked Lateral Lunges 3 x 8/8
2b) Ring Rows 3 x 10
3a) Hanging Straight Leg Raises 4 x 8
3b) Pinch GRIP 4 x 30sec
