Hump Day Workouts

We will see you at the Skinny Taco Cooking Class tonight at Avenida at 6:30pm!! Make your reservations, bring your friends.

Today’s workout:

Complete 60 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest for a total of 4 rounds of:

-Rowing
-Squats
-Walk Out Push Ups
-Slam Ball
-Flutter Kicks
