Hump Day Workouts

Complete the following exercise for continuous rounds for 25 minutes. Be sure to have good form and be consistent with your movement.

AMRAP 25 minutes:
5 Floor Presses
10 TRX Jump Squats
10/10 Single Leg Reach
5/5 Bent Over Rows
10 Stability Ball Exchanges

Then complete the following for 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
Squat Thrusts
