Hump Day Workouts

This Friday is Finally Friday in Mt Airy so if you’re in town this weekend and need something to do, there are several little events along the way.

Take your pet to Ground Zero and check out the photo booth, have your photo taken with your furry (or not-so-furry) friend. They are collecting donations for Penn Vet Shelter Medicine Program.

Then you can head over to Earth Bread + Brewery to pick up a treat for your pet.

Culture is celebrating their customers, with a client appreciation day, they have fun things going on throughout the day.

There will also be guest vendors along the avenue, plenty of chances to pick up a little present for a special someone.

On Sunday, Avenida will host their annual easter egg hunt beginning at 11:00am and will run all day long!

Enjoy the Avenue.

1a – Pull Ups 5 x 3-8
1b – Depth Jumps 5 x 5

2a – Full Contact Twists 3 x 8/8
2b – Single Side Racked Reverse Lunge 3 x 8/8

3a – Stability Ball Pikes 4 x 8
3b – Single Side Farmer’s Walk 4 x 12/12
3c – Lateral Medicine Ball Throws 4 x 12/12

Reminder: We will be open on Sunday during open gym.
