Hump Day Workouts

Happy first day of Spring!!

Complete 45 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest for 4 rounds of:
-Jump Rope
-Bootstrapper w/Rotation
-Forward Plank
-Band Pull Aparts

Complete 30 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest for 6 rounds of:
-Slow Mountain Climbers
-Kettlebell Upper Cuts
-Squats
