Hump Day Workouts
This is a good little tough one, it’s been awhile since we’ve done an interval like this one.
Complete each exercise for 1 minute, immediately transition to the next exercise without any rest. Rest at the end of each round for 1 minute. Complete a total of 4 rounds.
-Wall Ball
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Box Jump
-Double Push Press
-Rowing
