Hump Day Workouts

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 6 rounds of:

-Hand to Hand Swings
-Power Ropes
-Double Front Squat
-Push Ups
-Foot Taps
-Renegade Rows

Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 8 rounds of:

-Side Plank Variations
