Complete 3 Rounds of 20 reps of each exercise:

  • Box Jumps
  • High Pulls
  • Jumping Pull Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Single Leg Reaches
  • Slam Ball
  • Medicine Ball Woodchoppers
