Hump Day Workouts

We continue our quest for $5,000 raised at the 2nd Annual Burpees & Burgers charity event. Be sure to check out our raffle items, they are AT THE GYM and you can enter right now. Speaking of the main stage, Inside/Out Home Solutions, has not only donated a totally free room/space make-over (any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner) where you can reorganize your kitchen, familiarize your own space or turn your storage room into a luxurious spare bedroom.

8 Front Squats
16 Push Ups
16 Jump Squats
60 Second Plank
8 Box Jumps
16 Kettlebell High Pulls
16 Ring Rows

Finish With: OH Walk Garage Length
