Hump Day Workouts

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of:

-Band Walks
-Overhead Holds Left
-Overhead Holds Right
-Walk Out Plank

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of:

-Kettlebell Ribbons
-Scapular Pull Ups
-Wall Sit
-Ropes
