Schedule change for the summer, we no longer have yoga on wednesday mornings at 10am, open gym is still available. I apologize for the change but Erin had a great opportunity arise for her that she needed to accept.

1b) Tight Band Rotations 5 x 10/10
2a) Squats 5 x 13
2b) Jump Squats 5 x 13
2c) Lateral Lunges 5 x 13
2d) Reverse Lunges 5 x 13
3a) Ropes 3 x 45 seconds
3b) Planks 3 x 45 seconds
