Hump Day Workouts
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of the following:
-TRX Knee Tucks
-Snatches Left
-Snatches Right
-Stability Ball Presses
-Jumping Lunges
-Wall Ball
