Wednesday’s Workout:
Agility Ladder Drills
Then, complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of:
-Standing Pillars
-Slow Mountain Climbers
-Foot Taps
-Reverse Lunges
-Ring Rows
