Hump Day Workout
We’re already halfway through the week. How many workouts have you logged since Sunday?
Start off with 30 seconds of each for 3 Rounds:
-Half TGU L
-Half TGU R
-Plank
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds, complete a total of 4 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next exercise.
-Step Ups
-Jump Rope (try double unders)
-Single Arm Push Press
-Front Squat
-Single Arm Bent Over Row
