Hump Day Workout
Complete 5 total rounds of each exercise, for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, taking no additional rest between rounds of:
-1/2 TGU Right
-1/2 TGU Left
-Snatches Right
-Snatches Left
-V Sits
-Kettlebell Halos
