10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
Rest 2 minutes.
Every 2 minutes of 12 minutes start a new round of:
10 Medicine Ball Thrusters
10 Medicine Ball Burpees
20 Ball Jacks
20 Medicine Ball Shuffles
Rest 2 minutes.
Every 2 minutes of 12 minutes start a new round of:
10 DB Jump Shrugs
10 DB Push Presses
5 DB Push-ups
