Hooverball…Kettlebells and More

We had a great group for the JDRF charity workout this past Sunday.  The kettlebell/bodyweight workout was cut a little short since the available space on the net was limited.  We all got better as the game progressed, we played for about an hour.

If you’re interested we might start playing this more often!  Thank you to those who supported JDRF!!  If you want to do the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) Walk this Sunday, just register online for the Urban Athlete team!

Tuesday’s Workout

5 Rounds…

5 Ring Pull Ups (use a partner if necessary)
10 Contralateral Rows
15 Jump Squats

then 5 Rounds of…

5/5 Punch Presses
10/10 Kettlebell Upper Cuts
15 Squat Thrusts
