Holiday Schedule
We are open with a regular schedule all week and weekend. The only exception is that we will not have Thursday yoga until next week.
Agility Drills and Jump Rope / Double Unders
30 seconds on / 15 seconds off for 4 rounds of:
-Kettlebell Sling Shots
-Snatches left
-Snatches right
-Single leg reach left
-single leg reach right
-Mountain Climbers
