Healthy Salad and Friday Workouts
Just encase you need another option for lunch or dinner try this tasty little salad mix, spinach, baby spinach, cucumbers, artichoke hearts (not the marinated kind), sunflower seeds, and lime garlic hummus instead of dressing. Delicious. You can make your own or pick up a veggie salad and hummus at Food For All.

- 5/5 Single Leg DLs
- 10 Ring Rows
- 5/5 Contralateral Rows
- 10 Cauldrons
- Run: Round 1 – Garage, Round 2 – Wawa, Round 3 – Hill
